ABOUT ME

Coaching is my passion

Ivonne Zucco

I am naturally curious about human and social behavior; learning about people, cultures, and self-improvement excites me! I am also at my best and feel most inspired when working with people who are determined to find greatness within themselves and take control over their lives.

I started this journey in 2009 when trying to find practical tools that would help the victims of trauma I supported at the time. I learned about the brain, mental health, addictions, trauma, and crisis response. I also experimented with meditation, spirituality, processing emotions, and the influence that experiences and beliefs had in the way I saw life. I did this through formal training and self-learning by reading from authors that wrote about organizational and human behavior. On this quest to find answers for others, I found some answers for myself. In finding solutions for myself, I learned about the experiences we all share. It turns out that no matter how alone I felt with my problems, the fact was (and is) that most of us face similar challenges throughout life.

I knew that revisiting the past helps close old wounds and gain some understanding of oneself. Yet, I also knew that it was easy to remain stuck and unable to move forward with practical changes that would improve one’s present and future life. I found those tools in the philosophies of living intentionally. The application of this basic yet deep concept works for dreamers and realists alike, because the power remains within the self. I am excited to work with you on understanding your current challenges, beliefs, and habits so you can always be in charge and create the better story of you!
